- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service, associate by the name of Sydney was extremely rude and annoyed. If you can't put on a happy face, don't work customer service. I paid overnight shipping for a package, and it arrived on Wednesday. It is now Friday and I still can't pick it up. I understand there was a holiday last weekend, but people who pay for quicker shipping should not have to wait days to pick up their package after it arrived at the facility.By Amber Waldrup, December 15, 2016
