  This bank sucks. Suntrust sucks.

  Save yourself a world of stress and frustration and avoid this bank at all costs. The online banking system is extremely difficult to use, the site is very poorly developed, and it is nearly impossible to do simple tasks like change your card pin on the website. Most of the workers were friendly enough as they were mostly college aged students. Expect a 20-30 minute wait every time you walk in at best. The manager however is very unpleasant to work with. I have had numerous problems dealing with Suntrust, in particular this branch. Most recently, I was so fed up with this bank I tried transferring all the money out of my account to close my account altogether. Then, I was hit with a $3 transfer fee, which I was A) not notified of and B) not expecting as it is customary (at least with all banks I have used in the past) to allow free transfers). So then I woke up the next morning to a lovely $36 overdraft fee and to see that my money had not been transferred. After spending 30 minutes trying to call Suntrust without talking to an actual human being I decided to walk to the building. By the time I got there the withdrawal had automatically tried again with another overdraft fee leaving me with $28 left in my account. When I talked to the manager I was told they could not help me as it was not there problem and to call a 3rd party company who deals with there transfers. This company told me that it was in fact Suntrust's duty to fix this problem and not theres. 2 weeks later I was finally able to get ONE of my overdraft fees lifted by calling and explaining all the trouble I have gone through. BANKERS BEWARE.

  Terrible! I went there to activate my ATM card and a bank clerk didn't even ask for my ID, just activated it and gave me back the card. Asked to order checks as well, she didn't ask me how many I needed or told me how much the bank will charge me for it. Just ordered the minimum package. She was texting the whole time I was there and kept checking her cell phone while I was talking to her.
