  I called to ask a couple questions this morning and I ended speaking with Candace. It was quick, easy, and she answered all of my questions. No complaints and an over all good experience.

  It is almost 2:00 p.m. I have been on the phone since 9:00 a.m. attempting to obtain information that is unavailable online. The 866 number provided for customer service is a joke. I have been hung up on 12 times by their automated system and each time received the recorded instructions to call back before it hung up on me. I called the South regional office and went straight to voicemail. They do not return calls. I called the main number in Tallahassee...and went straight to voicemail. They do not return calls either. This agency for years has been seen in the news time and time again being called to task for employee failures and neglect and apparently they still are continuing to find themselves unable to handle something so simple as answering a phone. Apparently, this is not part of anyone's job description there. They deserve less than a "0" score but it is the lowest they can be given. Perhaps if those they are charged to provide assistance and support calls the Governor's Office and sends emails and letters there and to the media perhaps we would receive some accountability for the short period of time they are in the limelight.
