- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This rating is because our utilities have been shut down unexpectedly at least, on the average of once a week or so. It takes almost 45 minutes for them to come and fix the problem. By then, our household, along with others subject to this inconvenience, has been totally disrupted. I can understand a blackout once in a while but this is truly like a third world country. Please, please fix this problem before we have to sell our home and move outside the city to avoid this ongoing and, I believe, unnecessary debacle. I understand that you are trying to switch to "smart meters" but please realize that after so much time has elapsed, the old system is better.By Carol Ervin, October 12, 2016
