- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you're short staffed, hire some more people. Bombarded with immunization requests due to back to school, hire more help or get your dang coworkers to help lighten the load. I called a week ago and left a message. Not surprised, no call back. That was expected!! Called again today, don't get frustrated with me because I don't want to talk to your voicemail. Since I didn't want to leave a message, I called back to get an alternative or something. Got hung up on when the immunization nurse answered. The hell with it! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not only extremely slow but also heartless. I have been waiting 5 weeks for my license yet OCU says they will not even check on the status.
