  This establishment is horrible!!! The agents are retarded they are so scripted they never have an exact answer on what's going on with your case. Their so full of it! Its already hard enough that you do everything you're suppose to do and still unable to be paid. I can name each idiot i spoke with but i wont. I dont understand how they are so rude instead of empathizing with people who are calling about money its not coming out of their pockets give us whats owe to us. Calling this place has been a nightmare and still now i have to file an appeal and wait I pray to land a job then going through this.

  The wait is extremely long and when you do get on the phone if you call once a week and ask the same question you will get different answers each time. Horrible experience, I have only had one woman recently that I felt was honest and gave me correct information. Outside of that I think some people need some more training on what they can do and how things work.

  The most cumbersome, ridiculous, painfully overly drawn out process I've seen in a long time. I agree with every review written about this place. Slow service, piss poor communication (even by automated email). You'll probably find a poor paying job faster than jumping through the hoops you're required to jump through. The only state I've lived in that practically requires a PhD to make decent money. Lowest paying state with crappy benefits. If I could telework from another state I would. Thank God they have beaches and decent entertainment or it'd be a wrap. Circle the drain and keep it classy Florida. Get some real jobs.

  I have been receiving benefits from them ever since May. Thethe "adjudicator" called on Tuesday with my employer on the other to find out the reason why i was absent and not going to work.now i am receiving a notice online saying that i need to payback because of overpayment. If they knew i was overpaid why pay me the amount to begin with. This company is disorganized and i completely disapprove of how they handle matters.
