- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great customer service everytime I go. They always go out of their way every time I ask for something out of the ordinary. Been a member for years and I've never had a complaint. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely poor customer service. The level of unprofessionalism is mind blowing. Behind in modern banking technology. Not a lot of perks for being a member. A lot of the people who worked here when I originally started banking with them have moved on, however the new set of staff are not so great. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The WORST PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR MONEY. Since January, they have had to send me and my husband 7 new cards(no, I'm not joking), most of which got lost in the mail. When we had a card, I would try to use it in a store and the card would decline. I had to wait until the ONE branch opened, to see what was the problem. I was informed that my card information was compromised and a new card had been sent, again. The story is the same. At this point they are not being hacked, but selling your information. The number of times I've had to call and inquire about the same issues is absolutely shameful. It is my money that I often am denied from using!!
