- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came in to be added to an account. So far I've been here for a full hour and still waiting. You have to sign in with one of the tellers and not the lady that sits at the front and answers the phone. I'm not sure how that's efficient because now you have a long line for the tellers and people walking out because they don't want to wait. The guy sitting next to me that was planning to open an account left and said he was taking his business somewhere else. I applaude you for losing business. The branch manager needs to do a better job running his branch. I understand there were issues with the new online system that was rolled out but that's a problem for Envision. If you roll out a new system, you better be prepared to handle issues and clearly your office was not ready. The first part of the service promise is to exceed your service expectations. After over an hour waiting, you weren't even able to help us. Well Envision Ctedit Union, you failed your first service promise.
