  Customer service here is terrible , it always take a staff that works here about 30 mins to answer the phone . On top that when you get off of hold there rude , and spit nasty comments i whish i would have gotten her name . Ive been with this bank the last 6 years terrible bank , always looking for so ething they can charge extra money on your account . I just moved from ft Lauderdale . The banks there were friendly and always served up a warm smile when greeting customers . Im honestly considering switching my bank . Im tired of dealing with lazy staff here on Tallahassee fl .

  I went to this location and was helped by Talya. She was super friendly and she made waiting in line a lot more pleasant! It's service like this that would be a shame to go unnoticed. Hope she gets enough credit for how excellent she is. Thanks to all of you at bank of america!

  Awful. Had 2 money orders to deposit and mobile deposit doesn't work for them. At 11am on a Monday, they had 1 teller for 7 windows. 8 people in line. There were others working there, but apparently they think they are too good to help out.

  The WORST! No sense of urgency! Always understaffed. No apologies for the wait, as if we should always expect it. Ridiculous. This branch probably loses more customers in a day than it services in a week.
