  They're very rude ; ghetto . Inconsiderate, horrible service not polite at all ; lack customer service and just always seem to have a stick up their ass

  I am more than disappointed. The service provided by the USPS today is deplorable. I submit a temporary change of address's every frequently for travel out of the country and they can never get it right. If they'd leave a carrier on a route long enough for them to know the route it would greatly improve service. It's not just the poor service but it is the lack of communication with the customer. They never answer their phone and every personal interaction is rude. Another example of privatization.

  Management needs to do something about this post office. In summer of 2014 and 2015, we paid for premium forwarding. When we got home, we had mail, important mail, wet and wrinkled in our mailbox. Some had been put in there days after we left and stayed in there all summer. We went all the way to the postmaster and complained. We got a partial refund. In 2016, we decided not to pay for the service because they always screw it up. We did holds ever 30 days and then had a friend go get the mail and send to us. Fast forward to 2017. We paid for premium forwarding and had them stop the mail before we left so we could make sure it was stopped. 3 days later, they delivered mail to our house. We actually have a camera so we can see what they do. Unbelievable. It appears that when our regular carrier is off, the system does not function. Obviously it is an issue at the post office that they cannot stop mail when they are supposed to. Please someone, do something to fix this post offfice for all of us.
