- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I was a long time customer and especially liked the Mahan branch office but their online banking became too much of a hassle. Between not being able to login and online bill payment checks always being late, then they refused to honor a bill pay check sent to a local business because it wasn't cut on their bank. They are contracting out their bill pay service and they won't even cash their own contractor's checks. I moved my business after that.By SS Richey, June 16, 2017
