  They were very attentive to my needs and kept me informed through out the whole process. Being the first time I ever had a need for a lawyer I was a little nervous and had lots of questions. They were prepared to answer all of them and made me feel validated even in my nervousness. They also exceeded my expectations in the end result of my case. I pray I don't need another lawyer, especially for an injury, however if I do I know exactly who I would call. Hal Lewis and his team!!

  Our child had an auto accident in 2008. It was a long drawn out case; however, Jim Messer went above and beyond to ensure our child was taken care of during this process.   I'm so grateful that I called Fonvielle Lewis Foote & Messer. Though I do wish that I had called their office much sooner as I definitely would not have had to waste a year with another attorney that was not as knowledgeable or professional as Hal Lewis & his staff. Make sure that when hiring an attorney that he or she is local and Board Certified by the Florida Bar. Hal Lewis is Board Certified and was on a whole different level than the previous attorney that I hired. He was way more efficient & knowledgeable than the other attorney. I was thankful that Hal took my case, guided me through the unfamiliar legal loops, into a deposition, then a mediation, and finally to a favorable settlement including getting some of my medical bills waived!! Hal and his staff, were great to work with and provided excellent support throughout the process. Somehow Hal knew exactly when to give me the cold hard facts, a sympathetic ear, and reassurance that I was going to be ok. I highly recommend this firm and especially Hal Lewis!
