- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If there was a rating below one star they deserve it. These people are not willing to help in any kind of way. They told my roommate to pay before 3, which he did, just to tell him that they miscommunicated and it had to be before 1. I've had to sleep in a house with no power at all expecting them to be here in the am at some time but nope that wasn't the case. I called to see when they would be coming today and they said not until 7 pm. These people are the absolute worst. After doing everything they requested of me they could care less if the utilities ever get turned on. If there was any other way I could get utilities I would in a heartbeat. These people are obviously the people who have never heard of customer service ever in their lives. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★City of Tallahassee has been very helpful while I've been their utility customer. My bills are delivered (and able to be paid) electronically and with one of the better electronic billing systems I've seen. They also bundle water, electric, gas, and trash services so I don't have to deal with multiple utility bills each month. Their representatives are helpful and friendly even if the caller system is a tad cumbersome.By Cassandra White, May 27, 2017
